Want someone trained in labor and delivery aids helping your partner to help support you? A birth doula can help! Your partner is NEVER replaced with a birth doula but your labor can be ENHANCED by adding another trained support person to your birth team.

Postpartum Services

Looking forward to a new addition? Or already had your baby and feeling a bit overwhelmed? Never be afraid to reach out for help! A postpartum doula is different from a baby nurse as they are trained to help both MOM and BABY adjust to their new lives together outside of the womb. A postpartum doula can help with breastfeeding, night feedings/wake ups, making sure mom and baby get bonding time and the family is taken care of.

VBAC Services

Birth and Pregnancy can be a breeze or a labor of love. Those feelings can be compounded when a women is looking to achieve a VBAC. While she is a TOLAC (trial of labor after cesarean) until she has baby in her arms, there are many things to think about differently during labor. A VBAC Doula can help to achieve the goal of a VBAC (as long as medically appropriate) with evidence based techniques and knowledge.
